Our client is a well-established Australian business within the industrial equipment space, known for delivering quality products and exceptional service across multiple industries. With continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to take the reigns and lead from the front.
What’s in it for you ?

- $75,000 – $90,000 + Super (based on experience)

What your day will look like -
- Scheduling and dispatching service technicians across field and workshop
- Managing incoming service requests and prioritising jobs
- Acting as the key point of contact for customers
- Tracking job progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating with parts and workshop teams to avoid delays
- Maintaining accurate service records and job updates
What we are looking for -
- Experience in a service coordination, scheduling or trade-based admin role
- Strong communication skills across both customers and trades
- Exposure to mechanical, industrial or technical environments is highly regarded
